The ask
A lot of you asked for a higher scheduling limit — five years was not enough for the letters people actually wanted to write (decade milestones, long bets, kids growing up).
The decision
I increased the limit from 5 to 10 years. Same product promise: schedule a message to your future self, keep the surprise until delivery.
Outcome
This was a small announcement with no comments on Reddit — and that was fine. Not every BIP post needs debate; some are simply shipping what the feature megathread already made obvious.
