On May 4, 2025 I shipped reflections. You can open a delivered email on the website and, at the bottom, write a reflection on the message from your past self. Each note keeps the date it was written, and there is no limit — you can return years later and add another layer.
Why it mattered
A delivered capsule is only half the loop. The interesting part is how you respond when it arrives. Reflections turn delivery into an ongoing conversation with yourself instead of a one-shot surprise.
Community reaction
The thread was quiet but warm — people who had left FutureMe after enshittification specifically called out wanting a durable, free place for this kind of practice.
