💡 Why I Built EmailToFuture
You may have heard of FutureMe, a service that lets you send emails to your future self. It's a great idea, but recently they started charging even for basic access.
I believed something like this should be free and accessible to everyone. So I created EmailToFuture - a lightweight, modern alternative with no cost, no ads, and no paywalls. You can send unlimited emails, track them, and even write reflections when your future messages arrive.
🛠️ It's Free, but Not Free to Run
I built and maintain EmailToFuture by myself. The platform runs on servers, uses email delivery tools, and relies on third-party services to ensure everything works smoothly. These come with monthly costs - and as the number of users grows, so do the expenses.
I also spend a lot of time improving the platform based on your feedback, fixing bugs, building new features, and helping users who run into issues.
