You can import emails from other sources (for example FutureMe) using a CSV file in three steps. The point was migration without rewriting every capsule by hand.
Bug feedback that mattered
A user hit CSV parsing errors on created_at timestamps with timezone offsets. I tracked it down to a Safari-specific issue, fixed it, and confirmed with them that imports worked afterward.
That loop — announce, get a precise error report, patch, confirm — is exactly why building in public helps. Importers are brittle; community logs beat guessing.
